Speed Networking
This past Tuesday, was the CLA's Spped Networking Event. It was a clear and cool evening in London, and the Masonville Library was very warm & welcoming.
We would like to thank all of the professionals who attended:
They showed a great amount of enthusiasm, patience and knowledge when faced with 15 minutes of one-on-one discussion with students eager to know more about them and their careers.
We can't name any one librarian, archivist or prospect researcher as a favourite, because they were all amazing!
If you were not able to make it to this semester's networking event, we will be scheduling another one for next semester, so be ready.
We would like to thank all of the professionals who attended:
- Randy Oldham, Web Librarian, University of Guelph
- Denise Horoky, Education Librarian, University of Western Ontario
- Sharron Smith, Manager of Reader's Advisory Services, Kitchener Public Library
